Our COVID 19 Update

To all our amazing clients, here is our latest COVID update.

This update is to clarify what we are doing now the government has lifted restrictions.

The nature of veterinary work means that we struggle to socially distance from our colleagues and clients.  Many of our staff are not double vaccinated, and the priority for us moving forward is their safety. Given this, we would kindly ask that you continue to wear a face covering when visiting us.  We will also be continuing to limit numbers of people inside our buildings.

We already have several colleagues off due to track and trace, and we would ask your patience if we have to change your appointment time or location due to this moving forward.  

Our teams have been working flat out to continue to provide veterinary care under extremely challenging circumstances.  Please be patient if our phone lines are busy, and we hope we can rely on your continued understanding of these restrictions as we move forward.
