You can now book any routine or vaccination appointments online and access you and your pet’s information all in one place!
To book online appointments and get access to your pet’s data, you simply need to have your email registered with us on your account (if not, please call us to update your details). Then create a login by clicking the button below.
You will be asked to enter a clinic code to make a login; our client code is 236314. You will then receive a conformation email to activate your account. Once activated, you can access your pet’s details and book appointments at your local Zetland Vets branch. Your appointment will be booked straight away and pop up on our computer system.
However, we cannot stress this enough, please do not use this booking system if your pet requires an urgent appointment. If you are unsure whether your pet requires an urgent appointment, please call us and we will advise you further.
Types of urgent appointments are:
- Breathing difficulties
- Any open wound injuries or significant trauma (e.g. car accidents)
- Male cats struggling to urinate
- Rabbits not eating
- Swallowing hazards
- Ingestion of toxic/harmful substances
- Eye problems
- If your pet has been vomiting or has had diarrhoea for a long period of time
- Bloat/vomiting unproductively (especially in large breeds of dog)
- Loss of thirst & appetite
